Olakunle Tayo Fapohunda Esq.

Olakunle Tayo Fapohunda holds a degree in Linguistics from the prestigious University of Benin. He holds another degree in Law from the same University of Benin (2004), graduating with a Second Class Upper Division.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. He cut his legal teeth in the law offices of Chief Ladi Rotimi Williams (November 2006 – February 2009); Bridge Solicitors (March 2009 – August 2009); Wole Olanipekun & Co (September 2009 – February 2012); and Olaniwun Ajayi LP (March 2012 – August 2014). He is a Managing Partner at –Maarifa Solicitors, a “one-stop” law offices in September 2014. He is versed in many aspects of law including but not limited to election petitions, commercial litigation, company secretarial and compliance, family and probate, matrimonial causes, commercial and special transactions, criminal law, civil and general litigation. He has had the privilege of representing high net worth clients including two past presidents and more than 16 Governors in all the courts of records in Nigeria.

He acts currently acts as a Company Secretary to many companies and he has advised several on complex transactions.
